Over the last few years, 1440p (2K) monitors have become immensely popular among gamers all around the globe. The Quad-HD resolution offers a sweet spot between 1080p and 4K resolution for medium-sized screens, generally ranging from 24-inch to 32-inch. However, the market for 1440p monitors is limited in India as there are very few options out there. Arguably the most popular 1440p monitor on the list, Samsung G7 Odyssey is a 27-inch curved-screen monitor that has a refresh rate of 240Hz. It has a response time of 1ms (GTG) which is quite impressive considering that the monitor uses a VA panel. The monitor is not only amazing for gaming but is also great for content creators as well due to its high contrast ratio. However, a major flaw that this monitor possesses is its limited viewing angles. The Odyssey G7 has a 1000R curve radius that makes sharing your screen for co-op gaming and for other purposes a little painful. But at least it has some controllable RGB lighting on the bottom bezel and on the backside, so yeah good news for all those RGB lovers out there!

Benq EX2780Q is a great gaming monitor, that provides a high refresh rate and outstanding color accuracy due to its top-notch IPS panel. It has a low response time and input lag which provides a smooth gaming experience, but, its contrast ratio left a lot to be desired. The monitor also suffers from bad ergonomics as well, since the stand is non-adjustable. However, one key feature that sets this monitor apart is the presence of the in-built speakers, which surprisingly provides a great experience.

It has extensive ergonomic options as well which makes it easier for you to adjust to your optimal viewing position. However, its biggest drawback is its poor contrast ratio due to which the blacks appear lighter in dark rooms. Also, Acer Predator XB271HU has just two video inputs.

The monitor has great ergonomic too, but one major drawback that this monitor possesses is its lack of a wide color gamut for HDR content.
